Job Duties:    

Finance

• In charge of overall financial planning, reporting, accounting, budgeting
• Prepare reports, budgets as well as relevant analyses according to the mother company’s financial requirements and schedule
• Liaise with the French headquarters regarding financial matters
• Budget control
• Monitor cash flow
• Occasional overseas trips to Manila and Ho Chi Minh to review other subsidiaries’ accounts, as well as to Paris for meetings/seminars
  
  
  

Accounting

• Manage the accounting team (3 people)
• Manage accounting routines and functions
• Manage the inter-company accounting
• Ensure bank reconciliations are performed or reviewed in a timely manner
• Liaison with the auditors to perform the annual accounting audits
  
  
  

Administration

• Office management
• Responsible for staff’s payroll , tax return, health/social insurance, leave records
• Coordination in company’s IT matters
• Manage relationship with banks
• Premise management, rental agreement and all facilities suppliers arrangement
• Take up administrative duties
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder or higher in Finance, Accounting or other similar qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong computer skills (Experience on Microsoft Office and Excel is a must and ACCPAC is preferable)
• Strong command in both spoken and written in English. Cantonese is a strong advantage and French is a plus.
• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently;
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong accounting and tax system
• Interest in cultural and educational products and activities
