Responsibilities:

• Provide sales administration and marketing support in our Passenger Car business

Sales Support

• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports  
• Prepare minutes and neccessary documents for the weekly meeting
• Arrange meeting with visitors including but not limited to accomodation, transportation arrangment and venue booking
• Arrange transportation and accomodation to the internal staff who is assigned to have training oversea 
• Prepare monthly commission calculation for sales executives

Marketing

• Liaise with suppliers on the production of leaflets, catalogs, merchandises and uniform
• Follow up with newspapers and magazines on press release
• Assist in marketing events and functions, e.g. test drive arrangement

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
• 1 - 2 years experience in sales administration or marketing functions, preferably in motor industry
• Good command of written and spoken Chineses, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office
• Detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Driving license holder is a plus
