The job holder is to assist the Operations Support Department of General Catering Division to perform Administration duties.

Responsibilities

1. Mainly handle telephone hotline enquires from school parents and outsiders.
2. Communicate with internal customers for school meal ordering & cancellation arrangement.
3. Coordinate event orders between outlets and production department.
4. Handle various operations support system maintenance including data input, e.g. school meal ordering system, POS system, & Human Resource System, etc.
5. Maintain document filing system.
6. Assist in 5S support for office
7. Perform other office administration and operation support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 1 to 2 years clerical work experience
• Candidates with customer service experience is preferable
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literate is a must
• Patience, detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
