Responsibilities :

• Responsible to provide administrative support including data input, price checking and manage shipment processes
• Ensure the accuracy of documents including quotation and billing information to customers
• Assist to compile and maintain reference booklet
• Acts as a back-of-the-house support of administrative tasks in particular to the Reception Team

Requirements :

• F.5 / DSE or above with 1 year experience in administration function
• Attentive to details with strong team spirit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in SAP is preferred
