We are growing our administrative team and are looking for a young, energetic assistant office manager with approximately maximum two years’ experience in an office management or logistics role. If you are an experienced clerk or assistant, this could be your chance to step-up!

 

Reporting to, and working closely with, the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will primarily assist the Office Manager in the following areas:

  • Day to day office management and logistics
  • Personnel management and payroll administration
  • Expenses management and payment administration
  • Premises management and maintenance
  • Equipment and IT systems procurement and maintenance
  • Utility and professional service provider liaison and payment administration
  • Printing and logistics service provider liaison
  • Travel service provider liaison and payment administration

 

The successful candidate should be motivated to demonstrate the ability to take on sole responsibility for these areas within a short time frame.

 

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved in ad-hoc client-facing activities, such as assisting in the logistics planning and execution of Hubbis’ wealth management industry events.


You MUST possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be eager to learn. Fluency in written and spoken English is ESSENTIAL. You also need to be detail-minded, proactive, responsible, well-organised and able to work under pressure.
