Responsibilities:
- In-charge of Human Resources and Administration related functions and supervise a small team
- Provide hands-on involvement in staff recruitment, C&B management, employee relations, performance appraisal system management, HR system maintenance, fixed assets procurement, insurances and general administration
- Develop and implement appropriate process and procedures with the aim to improve and enhance inter-departmental and company overall effectiveness and efficiency
- Key contact with external parties on matters related general offices
- Handling ad hoc human resources / administration projects as and when required
Qualifications and requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources management or related disciplines
- 5 years or above experience in all rounded HR and Admin functions, of which 3 years at supervisory level
- Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employment-related laws and regulations
- Good analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, detailed minded and able to work under pressure with time constraints
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Hand on experience with HR system and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
