Responsibilities:

• In-charge of Human Resources and Administration related functions and supervise a small team
• Provide hands-on involvement in staff recruitment, C&B management, employee relations, performance appraisal system management, HR system maintenance, fixed assets procurement, insurances and general administration
• Develop and implement appropriate process and procedures with the aim to improve and enhance inter-departmental and company overall effectiveness and efficiency
• Key contact with external parties on matters related general offices
• Handling ad hoc human resources / administration projects as and when required
  
  
  

Qualifications and requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources management or related disciplines
• 5 years or above experience in all rounded HR and Admin functions, of which 3 years at supervisory level
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employment-related laws and regulations
• Good analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, detailed minded and able to work under pressure with time constraints
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hand on experience with HR system and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
