Job Description

Responsibilities: 工作職責

  • Perform all pantry duties 負責茶水間之一切職務及保持茶水間整潔
  • Clean Director offices and meeting room daily 清潔會議室及董事長辦公室
  • Provide full spectrum of Serving Tea for directors and guests 負責準備茶水給董事長及客人
  • Distributing documents internally and responsible for outdoor documents delivery 分配內部文件及文件外勤遞送工作
  • Provide general clerical support to the Administration department 協助日常辦公室支援工作及文書處理

 

Requirement:  工作要求

  • Form 3 or above 中三或以上程度
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience 一年或以上相關工作經驗
  • Hardworking, reliable, responsible, attention to details勤奮好學,誠實,富責任感及注重細節
  • Working hour: 8:00 am to 5:30pm 上午八時正至下午五時三十分
  • Immediate available is highly preferred 可即時上班優先考慮
