Task & responsibilities

• To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Directors
• To assist in mostly the private and personal matters, and some business related matters
• To handle correspondence independently
• To handle ad hoc assignments
•  Report to Executive Secretary

Requirements

• Form 7 or above with formal secretarial training is an advantage
• At least 3 years’ secretarial experience (experience in handling the Directors’ family matters is an advantage)
• Mature, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure with multi-task assignments
• Ability to focus on details, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Must be a good team player with sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
