Objective of the Position

The role will be responsible to provide a comprehensive and professional human resources service to staff within the China region, particularly in the areas of recruitment, training, compensation and benefits management, while ensuring compliance to local procedures and Labour Law. He or she is required to constantly review, develop and manage various human resources programs and provide consultancy service to facilitate the implementation of human resource functions, activities and policies in Mainland China.

The job demands high standards of personal integrity and confidentiality, as well as a willingness to take on new HR initiative/projects.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management and employee relations
• Review and identify best practices for development of standard operating procedures and manual to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures across the region
• Participate in the planning of training initiatives
• Handle secondments and relocations of staff within the China region
• Participate in ad hoc projects
  
  
  

Basic Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Humanities
• At least 2 years HR generalist experience gained from MNC
• Well versed in Hong Kong and related ordinances
• China experience is not a must but would be a bonus
• Strong project management, facilitation and implementation skills
• Attentive to details, well-organized and capable to work efficiently under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communicate skill with ability to communicate with all level in the organization
• Self-motivated, analytical and resourceful
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.
