Job Description

JPMorgan Asset Management ("JPMAM") provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

To support existing Fund Operations team, we are looking for full-time specialist to work with us in Mongkok office.

Key responsibilities include:

Review client document and ensuring accuracy & completeness of the regulatory related information
Collate & prepare data for control analytics, involving data input, data verification & documentation filing
Handle incoming and outgoing mails
Provide administrative support for the team

Qualifications:

University graduate with some work experience preferably in banking and finance operation (Fresh graduate will be considered)
An exceptional team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline
Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to work under a high pressure environment
Not afraid of tedious and repetitive task with good detailed mind and data sensitivity
Proactive & positive working attitude, committed to the role
Interest in pursuing a career in banking operation
