Responsibilities:

• Follow up the business process from handling sales order to maintaining relations with clients
• Work closely with different parties - design team, sales team and editorial team
• Assist in projects and workshops, including event management and on-site logistics when required
• Perform general administration duties to the operation teams
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Top Up degree / degree or above
• 1 year of relevant working experience, candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be a team player with good communication skills, self-motivated, detailed-minded and willing to work under pressure
• Interest in media industry
• Immediate availability is preferred
