Essential requirements:

• Permanent Hong Kong resident
• A belief in human potential
• A mature and energetic nature
• Strong ethics, values and integrity
• A high level of personal initiative
• A willingness to be flexible in regards to situations and working hours
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in some outdoor activities including hiking, camping, sailing or sea kayaking.
• A desire to work in outdoor locations
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Background in social work, education, training or personal development
• Bronze Medallion life saving qualifications or equivalent
• First Aid qualifications or equivalent
  
  
  

Successful applicants will be invited for selection during January and February 2015

Qualified candidates will receive a 69-day Instructor Training Programme includingextensive hard and soft skills training and mentoring. Training commences in late March/early April 2015.
