Requirements:

• Degree holder prefer, with 0-1 year’s office working or banking experience.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English & French
• Strong communication skill
• Capable of working independently
• Strong team player and willing to learn
• Able to work on HK public holidays
• Well versed with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Processing of import/export L/C documents and department clerical work.
• Reporting preparation
• Reports irregular items/terms to leadership immediately.
• Remains current with all trade related rules and regulations and with internal compliance training requirements.
