Job Responsibilities

• Perform general receptionist duties including handling telephone calls, handling delivery arrangement & greet visitors
• Provide general administrative support including office supplies, maintenance issues, facility management, mailing and courier service, data entry & ad hoc works
• Provide general support including prepare e-mail, reports, quotations, invoices, presentation materials & filing
• Able to handle multi-task work

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above
• At least 3-5 years working experience in office administration work
• Proficient in MS Window, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), English & Chinese typing, fast typing with at least 50wpm, Chinese typing with at least 30wpm
• Responsible, detailed mind, well-organized & able to work independently
• Pleasant, mature, hardworking, willing to learn & have good telephone manner & interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
