The candidate will be responsible for the management of the daily schedules of the Executive Director; coordination with internal and external parties, as well as the Board of Governors, Committee members and Government authorities, also ad-hoc or team/project assignments from time to time.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director
• Coordination with internal and external parties, as well as the Board of Governors, Committee members and Government authorities regularly
• Prepare minutes for Board meetings and other meetings
• Coordinate the invitation of guests for the Company’s performances and events
• Assist in Company Secretary’s duties including filing of Annual Return and Registry of Governors and preparation of Board meeting papers
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above;
• Minimum 8 years working relevant experience on supporting senior management;
• Independent, mature manner and a self-starter;
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in computer skills;
• Able to work under pressure, and flexible working hours to accommodate production schedules
