Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director’s Office and the Center.
• Draft email correspondence and reports.
• Maintain office procedures and filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings and event, prepare agenda and minutes for meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements: prepares itineraries, maintain travel vouchers and records.
• Handle enquiries from internal and external parties.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 Requirements:

• University Degree Holder, preferably in Language, Communication or Business Administration.
• 2 years of relevant full-time work experience. Fresh graduates can also be considered.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing is a must.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and a good team player.
• Candidates with prior administrative experience in health care sector would have an advantage.
• Immediate available is preferred.

 Location:               Central

Salary: HK$15,000 – HK$23,000
