Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will assist the Human Resources Manager to manage full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staffing, payroll administration, HRIS maintenance, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee engagement
• Assist in reviewing policies and operational procedures
• Participate in other HR related ad-hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3-year working experience in Human Resources field
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  
• Well-versed with Employment, MPF and HR related Ordinances
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese WP
• Eager to learn.  Initiative and proactive
• A positive team player to handle high pressure work environment
