Responsibilities:

l   Lead the product development team in OEM/ODM projects including order negotiation, purchasing, package designing, product training of Skin Care, Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Health & Beauty Equipment

l   Work with Product Sourcing Manager for formulating product development plan from design concept stage to mass production, and from product launch to customer feed back

l  
Ensure adherence to approved cost, quality control, delivery standards & schedule on product and instrument

l   Evaluate new suppliers & negotiate product costing etc.

l   Work with other departments to establish pricing policy, promotion and distribution strategies to achieve optimal results

l   Review sales trends and customers’ preference and to ensure appropriate inventory levels of different products

l   Develop procedures, guidelines and strategies for batch or bulk production of first order and re-order       

l   Responsible for building and leading product training team

l   Ensure the product compliance to safety and reliability standards

l   Able to meet project deadlines

l   Contribute to other projects as assigned

Requirements:

l   Degree holder in Science, Business, Quality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Merchandising or other related disciplines

l   Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, OEM/ODM development and Merchandising Operation, in which at least 2 years in managerial level

l   Working experience in beauty industry is highly preferable

l   In-depth knowledge and understanding of the related supply market with strong market and commercial sense

l   Solid experience in product development of skin care product and from design concept to mass production

l   Solid experience in dealing with suppliers in Asia Pacific, US and Europe

l   Market-focused with strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills & problem solving skill

l   Good writing and editing skills

l   Good in speaking English and Mandarin

l   Occasional travel is required

l   Immediate available is preferred
