• High Certificate in Building Studies / equivalent
• Proficient in AuoCAD
• To assist in project planning, works coordination and other related duties
• Can handle renovation / A&A works / Demolition Sites independently
• Some outdoor works if necessary
• Possess min. 5-7 yrs relevant experience
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for position of Project Coordinator
