Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• HK Registered Architect and Authorized Person
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management in residential development project is a must
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the residential development project and design coordination with internal and external parties
• Review consultants’ drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with government authorities, consultants and contractors
