Job Description

• To research and acquire potential projects both local and oversea.
• To be responsible for market research, managing and responding to potential enquiry.
• To build and maintain client/consultant business relationships.
• To negotiate, prepare and manage contractualarrangement.
• To maintain, update and manage project data base.
• To be responsible for preparing EOI, RFP and direct assignment proposals.
• To assist in the logistic of both local and oversea exhibition, academic exchange, book launch etc.
• To co-ordinate with our communication group for news, promotion and oversea professional development.
  
  
  

Requirement

• Degree in Architecture, International Business, Communications, Fine Arts, Literature or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development in a professional environment, preferably in creative industry, real estate or project management.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (any other language or dialect is an asset).
• Strong inter-personal and presentation skills.
• Strong MS office, Adobe suite, PowerPoint skills.
• Hands-on, self-disciplined, honesty and confident in a complex business environment.
