- Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Studies or equivalent
- Experience in building construction, or facade curtain wall is an advantage
- Responsible for tender submission, include estimation, material taking off & pricing, drawings measurements, all tender documents, etc.
- Strong in sourcing, assessing and negotiation price with potential suppliers and subcontractors
- Good communication and price negotiation skills
- Skillful in related PC operations; able to understand CAD drawings; AutoCAD operation skill is an advantage
- Fluency in both spoken & written Chinese and English; Good in spoken Putonghua is an advantage
- Initiative, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure 

- Product and estimation training will be provided

- Candidate with higher experience will be considered as Estimator
