Requirement

• Should have a minimum 3 years of construction site experience
• Previous experience of slurry treatment plant or concrete plant etc… is preferred.
• Experience with TBM Tunnel is preferred.
• English speaking is a must.

 Job Description:

• Liaising closely with the TBM Operator at all times;
• Advising the TBM Operator as to the status of slurry quality, plant performance and availability.
• Notifying the TBM Operator immediately if there is an issue with the STP that will adversely impact its performance;
• Operating the STP as instructed by the Supplier’s representative(s) and in accordance with the operating parameters, including but not limited to managing the quality of the slurry;
• Managing day-to-day STP operations with the aim of keeping to an absolute minimum any delays to the TBM as a result of STP breakdowns or slurry quality, whilst at the same time, not compromising targets for slurry quality (support of the tunnel face) and the spoil quality (moisture content);
• Completing daily reports of STP activities and material consumption;
• Liaising with the mechanical and electrical foremen to ensure that proper maintenance is planned, coordinated and undertaken;
• Liaising with the general foreman for deliveries of bentonite, lime and flocculent, and the removal of spoil from the muck pit;
• Training designated STP personnel in the operation of the plant and the respective quality and testing requirements of slurry and spoil;
• Ensuring that all STP personnel work in a safe manner at all times.

• 管理泥漿循環系統之日常操作令問題減至最少，及保持與改善泥漿之質量
• 每日提交泥漿循環系統及用料報告
• 聯絡及確保機械工及電工維持泥漿循環系統之保養維修
• 聯絡及安排支援組科文維持泥漿循環系統之日常物料補給及清理泥倉
• 協助及指導泥漿循環系統之工人操作系統及相關之質量檢查
• 確保相關工作人員安全工作
