Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Certificate holder of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property or facilities maintenance
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications
• Monitor daily R&M, renovation and fitting-out works etc
• A self-starter with strong leadership/communication skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD application is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
