Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalised level of customer service to premium travellers and VIPs
• Set a benchmark in the hospitality industry by applying the unique service standard
• Ensure the designated airline's guests receive professional, refined and elegant care in all interactions as well as in the presentation and service of food and beverages
•  Liaise and interact with guests within the lounge at all times
•  Required to assist in kitchen to re-heat the food

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in other languages would be an advantage
• Experience in hospitality and/or customer-service role preferred
• Food & Beverages professional education background preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverages and airline's products
• Excellent grooming standards
