Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in setup and design of the Association ePlatform
• Coordinate with vendors for the ePlatform development
• Handling content update and testing for web systems
• Report writing is required
• Handling telephone and email enquiries

Job Requirements:

• University graduated in Information System / Creative Media / Digital Marketing or related fields with 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in multiple OS / Browsers, including Windows, Mac, and IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong organizing and communication skills
• Self-motivated, diligent and responsible
• Skillful in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• With basic web knowledge (HTML, CSS etc.) and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) would be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer
