Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site I.T. technical support and maintenances;
• Handle supporting calls from customers; and
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.

 Requirements:

• Certificate in Computer Science is preferred but not essential;
• Possession of Grade A Electrical Work Licence is a MUST;
• With relevant working experience in customer support will be an advantage;
• Patient, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure;
• shift duty is required; and
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
