Responsibilities

• Provide in-house technical support and maintenance services

• Responsible for hardware and software installation

• Perform data center operation and helpdesk support

• Shift duty is required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies/Information Technology

• 1 year relevant experience in technical or helpdesk support 

• Knowledge in operation systems and PC hardware maintenance

• Self-initiative, problem solving, enthusiastic, detail-minded and willing to learn

• Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Fresh diploma graduates in related disciplines are welcome to apply
