Responsibilities:

• Familiar in Networking, Cisco, Telecom Group System, Data Storage, ITIL, ITSM, Information Technology

• Responsible for supporting customer service and project co-ordination via email / ticketing system.

• To serve and handle customer's requests, enquires, orders  and complaints

• Work closely with Sales and Technical management team.

• Follow up and prepare add-on  and maintenance contract.

• To assist the sales orders and delivery arrangement of sales team.

• Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors,

• and on site maintenance (if any) for the duration of projects.

• Enhance project operation efficiency and account servicing quality.

• Coordinate the end-to-end project delivery life-cycles for multiple projects.

• Update and Monitoring the Inventory in & out

• Ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor and administration team

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and formulate sales strategies with supporting departments to achieve sales result

• Handle customer enquiries, perform ticket handling and resolve customer complaint  cases with care, and in compliance with all internal/regulatory requirements

• Provide support to the manager ensuring the operation smoothness in daily operation

• Quick learner with desire to learn new tools and techniques

   Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in customer service of Networks, Data Centre or Information Technology sector that should be necessary and MUST.

• 12 years’ working experience with good track record in solution of Information Technology

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Mature, work independently and self-motivated

• Proficient in English,  Cantonese & Mandarin either of reading & writing

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook email, Web-servicing
