Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implement and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Onsite Data Center support in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney.
• Conduct health check and provide regular updates on all equipment.
• Conduct hardware replacement and maintenance (RMA).
• Manage and maintain equipment inventory.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Cisco and major networking products e.g.: UCS, Nexus, ASA firewall,
• BigIP, Gigamon, Citrix NetScaler, etc.
  Regular travel in APAC is required-
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
• Cisco Certification such as CCNA / CCNP / CCIE preferred.
