Our client is a HK listed company with a strong presence in Hong Kong and China. A role has arisen to recruit a Talent Development Manager to join the team.

This is an individual contributor role with responsibilities include formulating and executing training and people development strategies in order to meet corporate goals; developing staff development plan and succession planning; designing and developing overall training and development programs framework and contents; delivering in-house training programs; coordinating with external service vendors in the areas of course structure; and involving in other HR functions and handling other ad hoc assignments as they arise.

The successful candidate should be a degree holder with a minimum 8 years of hands-on training experience as well as a strong track record in succession planning for senior management team. Prior experience in developing and managing structure people development programs is essential. You should demonstrate a proactive and responsible approach with the ability to work tactful with internal customers in particular the senior management team.   Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
