Responsibilities:

• Represent the Operations Department to assist in case management on policy end to end process. Provide effective communication and professional service to distributors with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide case management support
• Facilitate between distributors and operations team on hotline and face-to-face enquiries
• Communicate promptly and effectively with underwriters and distributors on underwriting requirement to facilitate approval and issuance of new business applications
• Provide technical support and services to intermediaries; maintain close relationship with key business partners
• Deliver management information reporting and data analysis
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 2 years insurance experience with life insurance experience in the areas of customer services will be an advantage
• Customer focused, high sense of responsibility and job ownership
• Detailed minded, well-organized and posses good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy.
• A good team player and able to provide coaching and technical support to team members.
• Self-motivated, energetic and desire to succeed and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
