Our client is an internationally-renowned fashion label specialised in premium intimate apparel. They are currently expanding their retail presence in the Asia Pacific Region and are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to join one of their prestigious boutiques in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily store operations, ensuring seamless service at all times.
• Develop and retain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Oversee stock management.
• Manage and motivate boutique staff through weekly meetings, setting of objectives and information sharing.
• Be actively involved in the recruitment and development of staff.
• Conduct competitor analysis on other boutiques within the market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years plus experience, currently working in retail as a store manager for a premium or luxury brand.
• Sales driven individual with strong knowledge of retail service and operations.
• Strong customer service focus with an existing VIP customer network.
• Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of fashion industry preferred.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
