Joyce Management Trainee Program

Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture young talents who are looking to become future leaders in the luxury fashion industry. If you possess passion, ambition and are ready to take up challenges, Joyce is the ideal place to begin your career in the exciting world of fashion.

This is an 18 months program where management trainees will work under different business units within Joyce, exposing them to different markets including China, Hong Kong and Macau. Trainees will acquire cross-functional skills, a deeper understanding of management concepts and strategic thinking.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates should possess:

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any disciplines;

0 - maximum 2 years work experience;

Good knowledge of fashion retail industry;

Passion and ambition in developing career in fashion industry;

Strong communication and analytical skills;

Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
