Job description :

Product categories: Toys, Furniture, Electrical appliances, Kitchen items, Baby products

Main market: European Union

1. Follow up on behalf of the clients to liaise with their suppliers for collecting compliance proof documents.

2. Collect, review and validate certificates and test reports from supplier. 

3. Keep clients updated and monitor the program status

4. Undertake any other duties in coping with the business growth.

5. Manage the efficient operation of a business section.

Education and experience requirements:

-Higher diploma graduate or above level

-Over 2 years commercial working experience. 

-Being familiar with European product safety requirement/ technical construction file is an advantage.

-Good in communication and customer oriented. 

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and preferably a third dialog such as Mandarin

Reporting Structure: 

Reports directly to the Lab Manager, API Lab testing
