Job Description:

• Report directly to Chairman
• Provide full spectrum of business support to Chairman
• Strong business acumen
• Attend business meetings & functions with the Chairman, and follow up with matters requiring his attention
• Prepare business correspondence, agenda & minutes
• Liaise effectively with internal & external parties across different regions to ensure smooth business operations
• Accompany Chairman on business travels when required
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holders, with minimum 5 years solid relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, good time management and communication skills
• Reliable, initiative, professional standard of integrity & confidentiality
• Multi-tasking, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience but having an ambition to develop a career in business management are also welcomed
