Responsibilities:
-
Work closely with management, to design, develop and deliver customized training programs in product training, service level, retail, etc.

To observe, identify and enrich internal and external parties' product knowledge level
-
To support identification of training needs
-
To create, maintain and update employee training materials and related document
-
To assist day-to-day administration of training policies and procedures
-
To lead staff communication projects, new staff, etc programs as assigned
Requirements:
-
Tertiary Education in Training or related disciplines
-
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in training
-
Excellent public speaking, instructional training and communication skills
-
Creative, adaptable, pro-active, and well-organized
-
Able to work independently
