Responsibilities:

• Defines and translates business goals into a holistic insights plan (short and long-term) with actionable strategies
• Identify, propose and implement strategic sales plans for global market with the ultimate aim to increase sales, new accounts and market expansion profitability for further development
• Prepare sales strategies, budget, business plans, and relevant business reporting
• Responsible for ensuring sales target and objectives are aligned with the company’s direction
• Monitors and reviews current/potential market developments, implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve planned goals
• Develop and implement systems to ensure that product and customer service quality standards are consistently achieved
• Participate in product marketing and development
• Responsible for overall organization and operation of trade shows and other events locally and/or aboard to promote business and increase sales
• Works collaboratively with colleagues in areas of finance, pricing, promotions, market planning, consumer research and vendors
• Occasional travelling is required
• Able to handle ad hoc assignments timely and professionally
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing or Science related disciplines
• Min. 5 years’ relevant experience in Health Products or Pharmaceutical industry for global market is preferable with at least 2 years in managerial level
• Strong organizational skills, pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading with strong business sense
• Excellent planning, project management as well as execution skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, a good team leader and player
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites
• Occasional travel is needed
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager, International Sales & Marketing
