Responsibilities:

l  Assist the Fairs Director to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize profit margin, and increase market penetration by various channels

l  Develop new and potential client base and

l  Maintain relationship to exceed guests’ expectation during sales process & in the expo

l  Organize and direct overall sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets

l  Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activity.

l  Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports

l  Develop overseas market especially Japan

l  Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

l  Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

l  Maximizing new business development opportunities

l  Coordinating overseas agents and sales networks

Requirements:

l  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalence

l  Minimum 4 years’ related sales experience in international business, experience in expo & convention/ advertising/ trading sector will be a plus

l  Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the industry and the Company

l  Possess problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

l  Good writing, presentation, sales & negotiation skills

l  Japanese plus English/ Chinese speaking and writing are essential
