Responsibility :

• Oversee and control the whole manufacturing operations, including the fabrics printing and garment production factories, with the direct support from the related managers.
• * Pro-actively manage and control the daily operation of the production floor and monitor production schedule planning to accomplish effective & efficient production, quality product and timely delivery;
• Deliver annual capacity plan for the factory and monitor expenditure under budgetary controls;
• Initiate value added process improvement projects to promote efficiency and reduce CM cost;
• Formulate people development plan and act as a mentor to develop a high potential workforce;
• * Station in China or off-shore countries

     Requirements :

• Degree holder / diploma holder in the clothing / textile production management,
• Not less than 8 years solid experience as a senior executive in a Garment Manufacturer with sizable operations (over 1000 workers);
• Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset, detail and result-oriented;
• Possess strong leadership, managerial skills and sound problems solving techniques;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficient in computer applications like MS Office / ERP system
