Job Descriptions: 

• Support Merchandising Manager on sourcing, handling sales enquiries, order follow up, quality control, logistic coordination, etc.
• Maintain close relationship with existing vendors and evaluate new vendors on all aspects
• Assure and improve the quality and enhance production processes of vendors
• Conduct quality control tests & follow QC procedures on merchandises

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above qualification
• 5 years (merchandiser) or 2 years (assistant merchandiser) of solid experience in Gift & Premium and/or sundries field with strong supplier base preferred
• Strong negotiation skills, responsible, well-organized, result-oriented, able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Occasional travel to PRC or overseas is required
• Immediate availability is preferred
