Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage the content and closely monitor the traffic of Chow Sang Sang official websites
    • Create content and stories for new product launches
    • Plan a complete website enhancement calendar to highlight relevant products according to seasons and festive. Create campaign sites that supports and integrate with other marketing activities
    • Day to day optimization for greater China localization. Provide content guidance & CMS supports to regional teams if required
    • Implement tracking principle and closely monitor the result of traffics and shop integration
    • Manage SEM and SEO to being quality traffic to official website
    • Initiate out of the box idea to enhance the story telling and engagement of website
  • Responsible to manage other innovation programmes and application such as O2O platform, digital selling toolkit in varies devices (touch technology, new media, mobile app, ipad app etc)
  • Work with internal product team, marketing team and operation team to align the content and deployment
  • Manage external agencies to ensure project is completed on brief and on time, content is on brand and deliver with quality  
  • Keep up with the latest digital trends and solutions, maintain and enhance the digital platforms up to the trend and fitting different stakeholders needs

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing/digital media/communication or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years solid digital project experience. Agency background with project management experience is preferred 
  • on hand experience in using website CMS system, Google analytic and SEM skills
  • A good team player who is proactive and efficient. Detail oriented, strong problem solving & analytical skill with strong sense of work prioritization
  • Strategic thinker and good marketing sense, understand importance of brand building, able to judge creative that works well with our brand tone and manner. Good understanding of product marketing and storytelling technique, able to create content for digital communication usage beyond pure offline marketing adaption
  • Creative, self-starter with good branding acumen, multi-projects management and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
