During this 3-year program, trainees will be offered opportunities to develop skills in different business units in GP Acoustics Group and other member companies of GP Industries to prepare for future product management leadership role in our Group.

Responsibilities:

To assist product managers in the following product management activities:

l   Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

l  Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to consumers and distribution partners

l  Define a solution set across development teams (primarily Design/ Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, and positioning

l   Develop and implement a go-to-market plan, working with all departments for execution

Requirements:

l   Bachelor in Engineering discipline are highly preferable or related disciplines with good GPA result;

l   Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

l   Competent writer in English and Chinese

l   Proficiency in using Microsoft application (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

l   Interest in music, musical instruments or audio products is an advantage

l   Energetic, aggressive, self-initiative and inquisitive

l   Strong communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills

l   Strong analytical skills

l   Willing to travel and work in PRC and overseas office

l   Candidates with more than 2 years’ experience will not be considered
