Requirements:

• F.5 /matriculated or above, university fresh graduates are welcome
• Fluent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experience in customer services is an advantage
• Confident and independent to deal with our clients and answer their enquiries
• Willing to work under pressure and long working hours/shifting basis (including weekends and public holiday)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant CustomerRelationship Officer
  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting both marketing consultancy projects and sales transactions for luxury residential property
• Guide or assist to guide customers to visit show flats and answer questions from customers in a professional manner
• Handle customers' enquiries and requests in a tactful, professional and speedy manner
• Actively engage with the marketing activities for promoting luxury residential property
• Ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner
• Identify customers’ needs by greeting and serving drinks, snacks and sales brochure materials at their arrival at times
