Duties:

• Handle full set of accounts, group consolidation and tax compliance of HK and PRC operations
• Lead and develop the accounting team with full responsibility in overseeing all accoutering, financial planning, credit management functions
• Prepare annual and long term finance plan of the Company, analyze the financial implications to the operations
• Explore various platforms and entity structures for new initiatives
• Formulate and implement internal control policies and procedures, monitor proper compliance in accordance with both statutory and Government funding requirements, issue instructions on related matters
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.  Improve internal work processes and service levels
• Projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above, holder of professional accounting qualifications (e.g. HKICPA or equivalent)
• 10+ years of post qualification experience in finance and accounting, substantial managerial experience in sizable MNC environment / public organizations
• A “ hands on” leader with all round experience in finance related matters, including accounting management, financial reporting, management reporting, project management, audit, tax, budget and treasury, etc.
• A big picture and system thinker.  Good understanding of government funding policies and procedures.  Attention to meticulous rules and regulations. A self motivator and team player to handle complex projects within tight time schedules and ad hoc requests
• Technology savvy.  Experience in steering ERP system implementation
• An Effective communicator and a change champion. 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

Appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work under a five-day week schedule.
