Responsibilities:

• Prepare group consolidation in compliance with relevant regulatory framework and company policies
• Carry out analytical review on financial reports of group companies
• Plan and develop internal control procedures on the operation of group companies
• Coordinate with the accounting teams of Hong Kong as well as the PRC group companies
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or obtained a recognized professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience with PRC exposure, preferably in infrastructure industry
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Independent, good analytical skills, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Occasional travel to the PRC is required
• Immediately available preferred
