Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible for providing services in all human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, training and development as well as other HR projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• 5 years’ relevant experience in all-rounded Human Resource functions
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in computer skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Human Resources.
