Job Description

This incumbent aims to provide compensation expertise and advice to Human Resources and Managers within Asia Pacific Region with respect to all compensation matters including competitive analysis, re-organizations, new hires, off-cycle compensation initiatives, policy and process and other matters requiring compensation solutions to address business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate internal jobs to determine appropriate promotional and hiring pay levels based on internal rates, performance levels, and external job and market pay comparisons.
  • Participate in Hasbro reward programs including bonus, long-term incentives, salary planning and performance review processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis on market data to ensure structures are externally competitive on an annual basis. Provide in-depth competitive analysis to assigned business areas on a bi-annual basis.
  • Manage salary survey submission process, partnering with global HR business partners to ensure global consistency in matching strategies with external sources.
  • Participate in projects supporting strategic objectives and global reward initiatives, partnering with management and global Human Resource Team to achieve results.
  • Provide reporting, testing and audit support for Internal Audit, Finance and HRBP’s on compliance related information requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of Compensation experience, preferably with a global or regional coverage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
  • Team player with the ability to exercise diplomacy and good judgment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Access, SAP and Kenexa CompAnalyst a plus
