Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of professional administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director
• Assist in daily business affairs, making travel arrangement for Managing Director(s)
• Take care of personal and confidential matters such as scheduling other personal activities and processing expenses claim for Managing Director(s)
• All-rounded office administration support to the company
• Prepare management reports and other related business reports
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirement

• Degree or above, with minimum 3 years of office support experience
• Pleasant, mature, proactive, well-organized, motivated, detail-oriented, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to manage multiple tasks in limited time frame
• Able to perform well independently with minimum supervision
• Ensure confidentiality of all business and private information
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
• Willing to work overtime
