    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day full range of office administration functions including but not limited to: answering client calls & routing them to the appropriate team member, managing office supplies, office comfort for clients which can include specific duties such as regulating the temperature and contacting building managers for issues of concern or providing refreshments to clients and staff, maintaining records and mail/deliveries, knowing when staff are available and free, and any other duties providing all staff efficiency in working at the office.
    • Assisting the Managing Partner, Executives and Teachers with copying, simple office functions and other services which provide them efficiency in carrying out their managing or teaching duties
    • Occasionally provide human resources matters and functions such as recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, training & development, performance management, staff recreation and office administration
    • Constantly ensure that we are providing all the needs of the parents and students by working with the Managing Partner and teachers, and office staff
    • Help maintain and improve current client relationships through consistent communication
    • Present information to parents and students in a professional manner informing them of all the products and potential services we may provide them
      Follow up with all customer inquiries in an expedient and professional manne 
    • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management from time to time

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education & Experience:

    o   Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree  holder in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines

    o   At least 3 years of all-round office administrative, personnel and secretarial solid experiences gained from sizable organization

    o   Experience working with U.S. Education Programs - in particulate Test Preparation

     

    COMPENSATION

    •         Minimumum $15,000 HKD/Mo+

    Skills & Abilities:

                       

    •     Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese: Conversational Mandarin will be an advantage
    •      Great interpersonal communication with internal and external parties in spoken English and Chinese
    •     Good PC knowledge
    •          Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    •          Basic analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative)
    •          Knowledgeable in related HK rules & regulations

     

    Preferred, but more importantly, a desire to learn the following would be ideal:

    •          Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
    •          Well-versed of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance & Regulations
    •          MPF ordinance and taxation regulations
